Shipping
Our packaging is plastic free. All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. You will receive a tracking code as soon as your delivery is on your way. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
We ship from Austria to all countries around the world, please expect longer delivery times for orders outside the European Union.
Shipping and handling charges are based on destination regardless of the size and weight of your order.
Within Austria
Shipping costs: 5 € | free shipping for orders above 150€
Within Germany
Shipping costs: 8 € | free shipping for orders above 150€
Within Switzerland
Shipping costs: 15 €
Shipping costs for other countries within the EU will be calculated at checkout. Your order will be shipped by the Austrian postal service to the address you specified.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal or advanced payment. Payment options will show at checkout. Payments, as well as refunds are invoiced in Euro (EUR).
All prices include the value added tax (VAT). Additional charges such as taxes, duties, fees, levies or shipping costs may apply based on the country of destination.
