Cornelia is the visionary behind CONSCHES. With courage, determination, and a clear vision of what she wants to create, she built her “baby” from passion, conviction, and a generous dose of bravery.

What makes her special is not only her entrepreneurial spirit, but her big heart. Cornelia truly sees each of us – no matter how young or experienced we are. She creates a space where you feel safe, where you are allowed to grow, and where work feels like a shared purpose. She doesn’t just lead – she inspires. With her energy, she motivates us every day and reminds us why we love what we do.

Mona and Cornelia share a friendship of over 20 years. They met at university, grew together, celebrated highs and mastered challenges. This deep connection shapes their collaboration at CONSCHES to this day.

Already a dream team in university group projects, they now channel their strengths into business: developing ideas, implementing projects, growing together. Mona loves plans and brings structure to visions. With her calm, clear, and thoughtful nature, she is the organizational anchor of the team. She supports marketing and PR, is responsible for styling at shoots, and many of you know her from Instagram Lives. Warm, eloquent, and almost unshakeable, Mona combines professionalism with genuine humanity.

The dress named after her, MONA, is more than just a design – it is a symbol of friendship, trust, and shared history. It still makes her proud and happy when women wear MONA and feel beautiful in it.

Francesca is the creative heart of the studio. As a trained fashion designer and tailor, she combines craftsmanship with a refined sense for colors, shapes, and bold statements.

She designs, sketches, develops patterns, and brings structure into the studio’s daily workflow. Her love for strong colors is reflected not only in the collections but also in her personal style. We are always excited to see how she will surprise us next.

She joined the team in summer 2024. What started as a professional encounter quickly grew into a true friendship. Outside the studio, Francesca passionately practices yoga and radiates an inner calm that is instantly contagious – paired with a wonderful sense of humor that regularly elevates our reels.

What she loves about CONSCHES? The warmth within the team, the shared creation of new collections, and above all: making women happy through clothing.

Patricia has been part of the CONSCHES team since August 2024 – and from day one, we could not imagine life without her.

She is our calm center. A person who approaches everything with natural kindness, ease, and a heart full of warmth. Always in a good mood, she radiates a sense of peace that spreads throughout the entire team. A true ray of sunshine with a loving eye for every detail. With great dedication, she carefully packs every single order, organizes our warehouse, and manages customer support and back office. At the same time, she designs some of our newsletters, maintains the website and blog – leaving her loving signature everywhere.

Anyone who meets Patricia immediately feels her warmth and empathy. Her friends describe her as dreamy, lovable, and with an incredibly big heart – and we can only agree.

For Patricia, CONSCHES stands for special fabrics, quality, and a team that supports one another. And she embodies that every single day.

In March 2024, Katharina almost magically found her way into the CONSCHES universe – and since then, we couldn’t imagine it without her.

She is pure sunshine: full of talents, interests, and joie de vivre. With passion, she advises our customers, enriches the team with her knowledge, and is the perfect go-to person for even the most complex questions.

“I am 66 years young,” she says – and you can truly feel it. Fresh, humorous, and full of energy. Officially retired, but boredom? Not for her! Thanks to a dear friend, she found her way to us. With her education at fashion school and her experience in fashion and furniture retail, it quickly became clear: perfect match.

Since November 2022, Jana has been part of our CONSCHES team – and anyone who has met her understands immediately why we would never want to be without her.

Jana is our all-round talent. A person full of skills, ideas, creativity, and heart. Mindful, versatile, inspiring – and honestly, there seems to be nothing she cannot do. She doesn’t just see beauty – she creates it.

Through her six-month internship in our production facility in Styria, she knows CONSCHES from both sides – from the Vienna studio as well as from production. She has even sewn many of our pieces herself, carrying this craftsmanship with pride to this day.

With her fashion school background, photography and design experience, internships, and studies in fashion management, she brings an impressive range of skills. She supports Cornelia in countless areas – from marketing and content creation to collection development. At the same time, she advises our customers in the studio with sensitivity and lights up every room she enters.

Gigi is our four-legged happiness manager.
Her main tasks at CONSCHES? Barking, joyfully greeting customers, and generously distributing cuddles – and she takes this role very seriously.

From the very first moment, Gigi brings a smile to everyone’s face, lightens even the busiest days, and reminds us how beautiful the small breaks in between can be. With her loyal gaze and fluffy charm, she conquers hearts instantly.

Simply put: without Gigi, CONSCHES would only be half as lovely.
