Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return the item(s) of your order from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please be aware that items which contain personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, we are not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.
How to return
Please send us an email notifying what you would like to return: returns@consches.com Please include your name, full address, order number, the item(s) you want to return and the return reason.
As soon as we confirm your return you can arrange the shipping to the
stated shipping address. As soon as we received the returned item(s) and the return is approved by us you get the full refund of your order.
Please bear in mind that the financial responsibility for the return lies with you until it arrives with us. We therefore recommend that you use a trustworthy and insured delivery service. The return-shipping costs are to bear by the customer.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Return shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. The return shipping costs are to bear by the customer.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you have taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Consches e.U., Franzensgasse 22/4, 1050 Vienna, Austria, office@consches.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post). You can use the attached sample revocation form, which is not mandatory.
If you withdraw from this Agreement, we shall reimburse you immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this Agreement for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than additional charges arising from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). We will use the same means of payment used by you in the original transaction for such refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you and in no event will you be charged for such refund. We may refuse a refund until we have received the goods back.
You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this Agreement. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before expiry of the period of fourteen days.
The costs for the return shipment as well as any related costs for importing the goods back to Austria shall be borne by you.
You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss in value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to inspect their condition, properties and functionality.
We can only accept unworn and unused goods including all labels and labels still attached.
